This movie was okay. Not a bad movie, but not a keeper. Liv Taylor was very beautiful, and she was suppose to be even though she is heavier than normal. Goes to show you do not have to be a size 2 to be considered beautiful. However, I don't understand how these guys would do anything for her.
The other interesting aspect to the story is that you get Liv Tyler, Matt Dillon, John Goodman, and Paul Reiser different view points. Also there is no character in this movie that you really like and that you decide not to like as well. They characters all have their flaws.
What I don't really understand is how John Goodman's character say her as a "Madonna" as in the Virgin Mary not the performer. However, she is closer in peronality to the performer than she is the virgin. Especially after the car washing scene.
